April has flown by, gracing us with some spectacular autumn weather that was perfect for running. Our sessions ranged from relaxed jogs to more intense tempo sessions—tailored to fit various fitness goals, so remember that every session can be adapted to meet your needs. We also tackled some challenging stair/cardio workouts and, of course, took on the hills. A common piece of feedback I receive is, "I wouldn't have done this on my own." That’s precisely why these sessions are so valuable. I strive to keep each session flexible to align with individual fitness goals and levels.
